New Delhi, July 12: Xiaomi's upcoming Mi Mix 3 is rumoured to follow the footprints of Oppo and Vivo for the pop-up selfie camera. Now an alleged teaser image has surfaced online hinting at the launch schedule while earlier it was speculated to debut in September There isn't any clarity if Mi Mix 3 that will be the successor to the Mi Mix 2S, whereas Xiaomi is also nowadays making headlines for the Mi Max 3 launch.
In a latest, a picture has been leaked on Weibo giving us hints for an earlier launch, going by the leaked pic it claims July 19 for the Mi Max 3 launch.
A leaked teaser for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 was spotted on the Chinese micro-blogging website Weibo, reports by Playfuldroid. Going by the teaser it highlights the pop-up camera of the new Mi Mix and still kept key features secret.
However, it is unclear whether the teaser has been designed officially by Xiaomi or a third-party source. However, the leaked image hints at the September launch with the text "2018.9" alongside featuring a silhouette allegedly of the Mi Mix 3.
Lei Jun, Xiaomi CEO a few days back shared an image on his Weibo account for and suggested that the phablet might be released "early" and announcement can be expected later this month. A recent TENAA spotting had suggested the phablet would feature a 6.9-inch display, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC.
Three models of the Mi Max 3 were also spotted on TENAA last month that suggest Mi Max 3 o feature a massive 6.9-inch full-HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The phablet will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, some rumours also suggest the presence of the latest Snapdragon 710 SoC. The phablet will be available in three variants 3GB/ 4GB/ 6GB of RAM and 32GB/ 64GB/ 128GB of inbuilt storage. The inbuilt storage can be expandable via microSD card.
For photography, the Mi Max 3 is said to sport a vertical setup of a dual rear camera having one as a 12MP camera while another camera detail is unavailable. One variant of the Mi Max 3 will sport a 5MP selfie camera while the other two are said to have an 8 MP camera. The phablet is expected to run on Android 8.1 Oreo and will be backed by a huge 5400 mAh battery.
