Is it manageable to live off-coast and be working like a Goddess in tinseltown? Actresses are so accustomed to a certain standard of life and the goodies of the rich-life, they want more and more of it.
Here are five actresses that have moved abroad after getting married and still maintained a good rapport in Bollywood:
* Mumtaz became the trendsetter when she married an NRI businessman, Mayur Madhwani, in the year 1974. She was at the peak of her career when she married Mr. Madhwani. Mumtaz is well-known for her roles in films, like Apna Desh, Aap Ki Kasam and Roti.
* Madhuri Dixit, surely broke a million hearts when she confirmed the news of her marriage to the US-based surgeon, Dr. Sriram Nene, in 1999. The official dhak-dhak girl of Bollywood, also left her fans disappointed when she decided to settle down in Los Angeles, and bid adieu to the film industry.
* Juhi Chawla: Juhi Chawla was making waves in the film industry with her graceful performances in the 90s. And hence, her marriage with her longtime beau, Jai Mehta, was kept a secret for a brief period of time. Juhi married Jai, a UK-based industrialist, in 1995.
