When are you going to launch surgical strikes against China: Shiv Sena asks Modi Govt
Mumbai: Aiming to corner the Central Government on China issue, Shiv Sena has asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi in its mouthpiece Saamna when it is going to launch surgical strikes against China.
Expressing anger at the recent presence of Chinese soldiers in Ladakh, the editorial in the mouthpiece said, “Chinese soldiers make encroachment in the Indian territory and stops MGNREGA work and stay here as long as they want. When Modi government is launching surgical strikes against them?”
Shiv Sena demanded clarification from the Modi government over such stay of Chinese soldiers in Indian territory.
Shiv Sena also took on Defence Minister Manohar Parikar and said, “Only protecting Indian territory from Pakistan attack is not going to be sufficient. The Defence Minister is also responsible for protecting Indian territory from Chinese incursion.”
Shiv Sena said that China has made such deep incursion in various parts of India including Ladakh, Leh and Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim. Who is going to stop such incursion?
