Relax! India-Sri Lanka match will not be affected by curfew in Sri Lanka

New Delhi, March 6: There is a panic in cricket fans eve since the news of a 10-day emergency has been declared in Sri Lanka. Does that mean there is no T20 match between the two teams?

Seeing this anxiety BCCI has come forward with this announcement, "There have been reports of curfew and an emergency being called in Sri Lanka. The situation is in Kandy, not Colombo. After talking to concerned security personnel, we have understood that situation is completely normal in Colombo."

The emergency announcement came just hours ahead of a cricket match between India and Sri Lanka. The Indian men's cricket team is scheduled to a play a T20 International cricket match against Sri Lanka later today evening.
