New Delhi, Dec 4: Sri Lanka reached 356 for nine in their first innings on the third day of the final cricket Test against India here on Monday.



The visitors trailed India by 180 runs.

India 1st innings: 536/7 in 127.5 overs (Virat Kohli 243, Murali Vijay 155; Sandakan 4/167).



Sri Lanka 1st innings: 356 for 9 in 130 overs (Dinesh Chandimal 147 batting, Angelo Mathews 111; Ravichandran Ashwin 3/90).
